About Catherine
As a Life Coach, I help soulful women realize their full potential for joy.
My coaching career began when I owned an award-winning art gallery in the heart of my hometown. I was advising artists on their branding, marketing & pricing, and I noticed we were actually discussing their self-awareness, self-trust, and self-worth.
At the start of the new year in 2018, I co-hosted my first Vision Board Party in that gallery. It was so fun and life-affirming for everyone involved; I’ve hosted several each year since.
When I closed the gallery to enjoy my honeymoon and start a family (aka: secure a job with maternity leave), I continued coaching women — helping them develop the self-love necessary to achieve BIG goals.
Today, I am the proud mama of an amazing 5-year-old, happily married to my husband of 7 years (together for 9), consistently setting and achieving new goals for myself, and passionately devoted to helping YOU create a life you love.

My Journey…
I have walked through many experiences that established (and tested!) my formula for creating a life you love, including:
moving to Italy for undergrad & living in New York for grad school
buying a home at 28-years old
securing a 6-figure investor in my first company, and our first $500,000 client
selling my house and my portion of that company, to open an award-winning art gallery in California
losing my first love when he married my best friend; leaving a picture-perfect 7-year relationship; eventually attracting the love of my life and being happily married for 7 years now!!
giving birth without pain meds, which unequivocally solidified my belief in energetics, visualization, and the power of hiring a coach
